officials who were visiting him were soldier at the beginning, now he is
visited by civil delegation composed of officials. "Considering the
recent statements from the government I reckon that these visits might
end" added Leader Ocalan.

Reporters Without Borders says it regrets that Kurdish publications
again have been suspended in Turkey under the Anti-Terrorism Law.RSF
statement said the law itself allows the Turkish courts to impose harsh
penalties on journalists and media when they allude to Kurdish armed
separatists and fosters a repressive climate for the Kurdish media.
Erol ÖNDEROĞLU 03.09.2010- The case against Günlük newspaper officials Koçali, Pekgöz and Çiçekçi
has reached its final stage. They are tried for an interview with the
leader of the Democratic Confederation of Kurdistan. Their lawyer
requested their acquittal. The case continues on 23 November.

people died, the town of Dinslaken decided not to host a large event
such as the Festival of Kurdish Culture. Also due to technical and
administrative reasons, a new venue and date for the festival had to be
found. YEK-KOM apologises to the Kurdish people for these changes and
any inconvenience caused. Both the content and programme of the festival
remain unchanged.

KCK: Turkish army prepares for a cross-border military operation
Kurdish Info 01.09.2010- Kurdish Democratic Confederalism (KCK) says Turkish army is preparing
for a cross-border military operation against Kurdish guerillas in South
Kurdistan issued a statement to mark 1 September International Day of
Peace.KCK said they are obeying ceasefire and Kurdish guerillas are
showing great attention to avoid any conflict with Turkish army.Turkish
side is continuing military operations despite the ceasefire and there
are preparations for a large scale cross-border military operation to
South Kurdistan, KCK claimed.
