Basque parliamentarians in Diyarbakır
The first visit of Basque parliamentarians was to Sur Mayor Abdullah Demirbaş who is not permitted to leave Turkey despite his urgent need of treatment which he can only receive abroad. KCK detainee Demirbaş was released on conditions of trial without arrest owing to his disease called DVT which can cause death if goes untreated.

Wave of arrests across the country
Including Antep Chair Şemsettin Kaya and Şahinbey District Chair Müslüm Durmaz, five BDP executives have been taken into custody in Antep city and Şahinbey district today. Many houses were raided at early morning hours by anti-terror branch police teams. Detainees were taken to Antep Security Directorate.

Türkali: Kemalism could not defeat Kurdish resistance
The Istanbul symposium of Commission to Investigate Truths of Diyarbakır Military Prison began with the speech of author Vedat Türkali. Sharing a memory of his from the process of Dersim Genocide, Türkali said that; “We couldn’t have a political struggle with a strong opposition at that time. Conditions were very severe and the Kemalist regime was quite cruel.”

Tens of thousands say “We are all KCK members”
The BDP meeting within the scope of "I am here. I am defending my will" campaign has been staged today at Station Square in Diyarbakır. As well as tens of thousands of people, the meeting was also joined by BDP co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş, BDP deputies and mayors, civil society organizations and representatives of HAKPAR- KADEP, ÖSP, TŞDK, EMEP, ESP and DTK.

President Gül: Nothing wrong with opening Dersim archive
Turkish President Abdullah Gül has said that he sees "nothing wrong with sharing our archives with historians and scientists, and allowing everyone to read these". President Gül was answering questions on Dersim massacre in a worldwide interview session of the video-sharing website YouTube.

KCK trial to resume on 6 December in Diyarbakır
The trial of 152 Kurdish politicians accused of being members of the “KCK” (Kurdish Communities Union) will resume at Diyarbakır 6th High Criminal Court on 6 December. Among the detainees who were taken into custody on 14 April 2009, 104 have been remanded in custody from that time. The last trial of Kurdish politicians and human rights defenders was held on 25 August 2011.

Basque Parliament voted statement supporting Kurds
The Basque Parliament of Navarra has voted a motion in support and solidarity with the KCK (Kurdish Communities Union) defendants currently in prison in Turkey. The motion was presented by the Parliamentary groups Bildu-Navarra and Navarra-Bai.
