Serkis Seropyan, the paper’s owner was also sentenced. Each was handed a one-year suspended sentence yesterday for ‘denigrating Turkishness’ through the publication of the words of Hrant Dink.
Government Seeks Parliamentary Consent for Cross Border Operations

The lecturers emphasise that the report "does not contain any elements of violence", as was claimed in the justification for the trial.
